This wrap around deck was in desperate need for help. We completely rebuilt it, adding flashing tape on top of all joists and beams to protect the wood from water sitting on top and absorbing into the framing to prolong its life. And then covered it all up with some azek/timbertech decking and railing. Coconut husk and Weathered Teak was the perfect combo for this back yard!
